Our dedicated, educated staff all have an associate's or bachelor's degree. In addition, each has been trained as a certified caregiver. Each year, our teachers and staff complete ongoing professional development to stay up to date on the latest childcare practices.
Low Ratios
Our program stands out because of our low teacher-child ratios, allowing your child to get plenty of individual attention. Our staff meets your children’s needs to develop and build continued trust as they build relationships with peers and adults.

Safety
We require staff to be CPR /First Aid certified, and to maintain their certification.

Routine
Each staff member follows the same principles and supports the daily drop-off that is so valuable and important for the children’s emotional and social sense of belonging. The day is conducted in a familiar pattern. Everything is planned following your child’s lead and interest.
