JumpStart welcomes children from six weeks old up to twelve years, eleven months. Our full-time program provides 10 hours of care per day, five days per week. Care needed beyond this schedule will incur an extended care fee.

JumpStart Creative CDC is a state-licensed child development center at 3737 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23707. We provide a safe, loving environment for early learning through the Frog Street and Creative Curriculum programs with Spanish enrichment.
